Michelle has been brilliant. What really stood out to me was how kind and genuinely supportive she was. I never felt like I was just another client or being pushed towards a product. She really took the time to understand my situation.
As things evolved throughout the process, she would go back over the options, question things when we came up against an obstacle and really advocate for me rather than just accepting the first answer she was given. She was incredibly thorough and always took the time to make sure I understood what the different options actually meant for me. I really felt she had my best interests at the fore throughout, and that gave me a lot of confidence in her.
She was also incredibly responsive and flexible and really went out of her way to help. It felt like genuine care, not just good customer service. I’m really grateful for all the time and thought she put into helping me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Having been recommended The Financial Guys to help with our mortgage renewal this year we are ecstatic with the result. We had a clear idea of what we wanted from our renewal however the expertise from the advisors ensured we got the best deal.  We were guided from start to finish by Gill and Josh and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They were on hand for every query no matter how small or how many times we changed our minds.
