Dylan joined The Financial Guys in 2022 after previously managing a large store for a well-known optician. He made the career jump after hearing from a close friend about the exceptional work-life balance and the endless opportunities for internal progression. Dylan was known as our Business Development Lead; however, he has now seamlessly transitioned into his role as a Protection Adviser.

When asked what he enjoys most about working with the team, Dylan said: “[how] The Financial Guys are one big family” and that “[the] clients are at the centre of everything we do.”  

Outside of work, Dylan loves spending time with his two miniature dachshunds, Frankie and Eddie, taking them on countryside walks and camping trips. In his spare time, you’ll find him socialising with friends over good food and cocktails!
